The Role of Motivation in the Development of School Teachers’ Career
Abstract
Nowadays, the problem of motivation for didactic career is an increasingly important issue both for researchers and education managers. The present paper is a study intended to offer a clear and pragmatic vision of work motivation for primary teachers in schools. The results are meant to help the specialists on teachers training to raise the degree of work motivation for teachers.The conclusion of the study is that teacher’s motivation plays a key role in defining policies to attract, maintain and develop teachers career.
